Together they are the sprint power.

Even the most basic kettlebell lifts resistance, how to swing, and construction, requiring the muscles of the posterior chain and help develop a central power of high performance sport. The key to the development of athletic performance must include lifts and exercisesmovement is based mainly on the nature of which is exactly why it works so well kettlebells. Most every race this device with the former involves the act of moving upward against the resistance of the hood. The natural flow and dynamic kettlebell lifting allows the development of huge muscles that are designed to promote speed and power. Another great example of this would be the realization of the lifts in multiple styles of non-conventional exercises such as kettlebellkettlebell drag the Earth long ago while driving. This is another good way to explore the posterior chain, with more basic kettlebell lifts for the development of speed.
